i want to get the "Universe At War: Earth Assault" game. it looks cool though i havent any idea jhow to play RTS. whats some good stuff about playing RTS Games?
RTS game is basically built around 1 formula. You start off with workers and a base. You use the workers to mine minerals, gold, oil, gas, food, etc. You then use those resources to build up an army and other structures that allows you to build better armies and weapons. Build a sizable army and then go and take out your enemies.
The great thing about RTS is that there’s a lot of ways to win. You can build a cheap but big army early on and try take out your enemy before he has a chance to build an army to defend himself, or you can slowly build up your army and max it out before you take down your enemy. Since there are a lot of units and each units are unique, you can find some interesting ways to win.
Every RTS game starts out with a little tutorial so you can learn how the game plays. If you really think the game is good, see if you download a demo and give it a try.
