    It is a great drawing, better than any i could have made, but this is for everyone who has never actually seen a recurve bow in real life.
    When at full draw, the top and bottom of the bow curve back to the archers face, for more fps and distance, and when released go back for its origianal curve, adding more power

    a recurve bow is a bow where the tips of the limbs (tapering string holders) curve away from the archers face, and its my fave style of bow ^-^
