Does anyone know of any FPS Games (for either the PC or 360) where you’re able to select your weapons before each level?
I know that you’re able to do this with just about all Online Games, but I’m just wondering if there’s a game where you’re able to do this offline.
Rainbow 6 Vegas (1 or 2). It does allow you to equip your character online / offline. Before missions, and within the level before you advance to next check point as well. There are ammo boxes that will allow you to do that within the level, as well as refilling your ammo.

*P.S. Vegas 1 had better game play than Vegas 2 (enemies spawns out in weird places; timing, & sometimes behind you). But Vegas 2 had a decent amount of improvement in terms of graphics.
not sure, probably not, the abiltiy to choose your weapons before a mission would take away the challenge.

Team Fortress 2.
You select a class and you get at least 3 weapons which you can’t change which you can switch between.
